The President of Niche Benefits has been CEO of companies since he was 28 years old and has operated and consulted with Fortune 100 corporations to the smaller company with the “entrepreneur” at the helm.  The experience of having to build and operate a business, “meet” payroll – day in and day out -, retain the quality employee, recruit the quality employee, meet profitability targets, and so forth, is critical to understanding what has to be done to assist the broker/client and the employer along with the employee.
