Niche Benefits has been addressing the concern of Brokers that work with large and small employer in respect to the impact benefit costs have been having on their bottom line, participation levels to meet the insurance requirements as well as retaining the preferred employee.

Almost all employers have been experiencing serious premium cost increases primarily in the health care area, i.e., whether they offer HMO/PPO Plans, Blue Cross/Blue Shield Plans, Fully Insured Plans and/or Self Insured Plans. Other benefit alternatives experiencing significant premium cost increases are Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability coverages and to a lesser extent the areas of Life Insurance and Long Term Care.
