Martin A. Hadelman Founder and President Niche Benefits

Martin A. Hadelman, the Founder and President of Hadelman & Associates, Inc. and Niche Benefit.  He has been President & CEO as well as advisor and consultant for businesses and health care organizations for over 30 years. He works with several other consultants and advisors with senior level experience to provide benefit consultation and implementation as well as consulting contracts to the very large and to the small corporation.

Mr. Hadelman has been on the leading edge of benefit development since the early 1970’s when he wrote the first HMO contract in the United States between Ernst & Young (Ernst & Ernst), DHEW and the American Group Practice Association. He also developed, built and worked with funding sources and operated the fourth federally qualified HMO in the United States.

A leading spokesman and author on health care issues (published over 50 articles and spoken at over 100 meetings), benefits, managed care and related health care organizational, provider and insurance issues. Since the fall of 2002 he has identified and implemented, on behalf of Niche Benefits, benefit programs and options in major corporations, i.e., mini-medical/limited medical/supplemental, fully insured, consumer driven and self insurance programs with various options. He further assisted in restructuring a major corporation's and a major medical center's benefit offerings and saved them millions of dollars of cost, increased their margins as well as reducing there risk exposure.

Mr. Hadelman has been a Senior Manager for companies since he was 28 years of age. For the last 10 years he has been serving as an advisor and consultant to employers and health care companies.
