Level Compensation

Various health, dental, vision, life and other client specific benefit programs can be offered with compensation that is level to the Broker. It is possible with some carriers to adjust compensation as requested by the Broker. The same compensation will be paid on a monthly basis as long as the employer contract is in place and premium has been paid. The compensation is the same with or without employer contributions towards the client benefit program (s) being offered.
